As part of the JLF charity we are working towards building a platform for parents and families affected by CHD. Through fundraising and support we are working towards:
SUPPORT
Support for families following diagnosis through information, trusted links, videos, and where to seek psychological and practical support.
INFORMATION HUB
An information hub containing shared knowledge, trusted links, and advice for cardiac families.
To provide information and support to parents with CHD children so they do not feel lonely, isolated, and unheard.
Provide CHD guidance from experts and information resources for both medics and parents from pre-birth to post-birth wellness.
FORUM
A network enabling a community of families to share their stories, experiences, thoughts and ask questions.
